1. Orders whose final amount is less than 400,000 will not be registered.

4. The purchase of Tether is not instantaneous and requires management approval.
5. The purchase of other currencies is instantaneous and is done immediately.
6. Display prices are approximate and the final price of the transactions will be determined after the transactions are closed.
7. The difference between the final price and the display price will not be much.
8. Be patient until the transaction closes and do not leave your browser page.

Rial services:
1. Rial deposit is free of charge.
2. Due to bank fees and the bank's portal for rial settlement, the fee for withdrawing rials up to 50 million tomans is 4000 tomans and for withdrawing rials above 50 million tomans, 4000 tomans per 50 million tomans.
3. In order to settle rials less than 1 million tomans, 1% fee is calculated.
4. Dear customers, if they want to process Riyal withdrawal process, it is necessary that at least one currency-Ryal conversion transaction has been registered in the user account, otherwise, the Riyal withdrawal request will not be approved.
5. According to the order of the FATA police and in order to increase the security of your transactions, dear users, all new users of Dr. Quino exchange, in order to request a cryptocurrency withdrawal, are required to spend at least 48 hours from the process of verifying their identity and making the first Riyal deposit. It is normal that requests for withdrawals made before 48 hours will not be approved.
Transaction fees:
The transaction fee will be considered as a percentage of the total transaction and depending on the volume of the customer's monthly transactions, 0.3% for transactions up to 50 million Tomans and 0.25% for transactions above 50 million Tomans.
